We deliver within 5-8 working days in most EU countries.
ATTENTION: Delivery of 50 cm and 80 cm diameter pouf-bearings may take an additional 7 working days due to individual production.

Return of goods
You can return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be in its original undamaged packaging, unused and in good condition, with all the parts that came with it.

Maintenance
Fabric maintenance:
- Vacuum the fabric regularly to remove dust and dirt.
- Clean the spots with a mild detergent or damp cloth and avoid strong chemicals that can damage the fabric.
Cushion maintenance:
- The cushions can be hand-washed at 30 °C or machine-washed on a gentle cycle.
- Do not tumble dry - natural drying is best. Shake the pads well after they have dried.
Internal maintenance of the pouf:
- For interior materials, cleaning with a damp cloth is sufficient.
- Special materials prevent odours, liquids or animal hair from accumulating, so the pouf remains hygienic.
